Upcoming shortage notification: Anapen 300mcg

We wish to inform you that we anticipate an out of stock situation for the above product.  Our current forecasts indicate that this product will be out of stock by the first week of June 2024.

Due to contract termination with the previous Contract Manufacturing Organisation (CMO) for the epinephrine syringes contained within Anapen, we have been validating a replacement CMO to maintain continuity of supply.  Unfortunately, we are now facing delays in the CMO transfer due to unforeseen difficulties detected in the manufacturing of validation batches of Anapen.

At the moment, the best case scenario for the expected date of resupply of Anapen 300mcg is Q2 2025. We will update this alert should there be any change to the estimated timelines and advise when re-supply is due to commence.
